Passing your RYA powerboat level 2 course allows you to apply for an ICC - International Certificate Of Competence.

RYA Powerboat Level 2 course includes:

    Launching and recovery
    Boat handling under way (including high speed)
    Securing to a buoy
    Anchoring
    Leaving and coming alongside
    Man overboard

    Displacement Craft
    Leaving and returning to pontoons
    Basic navigation
    Collision prevention regulations
    Boat design
    Engines and drives
